They teach you to be grateful

But things can be blurry when sun is shining

Things can be depressing under perfect California weather

 

Bright sunshine sheds lights on your shadowed hearts

Spotlights on your faded mind

Undecided mind makes loud noises

 

It’s okay. It’s alright

Watch your-inner-self

 

Just heed the glitter of that darkness

That acknowledgement will heal yourself eventually
