Jay walking - Watch out the side where the cars are coming not the ones where cars already passed

 

In New York, we jay walk and we don't feel guilty. It feels like a culture of New York to me. 

 

Just like another day, I jay walked from the Fulton station to John street to go to work. 

 

In that road cars are coming from the left side to the right side but stupidly somehow when I crossed the street I was watching out the right side where cars already passed away.    

 

This is no brainer that when you jay walk, you should watch out the side where the cars are coming not the side where the cars already passed away. 

 

Same as time. 

 

When you live you should care about things that are coming not the things already happened.
